Refund Policy for The Complete Recruit Mentorship Program

1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have completed less than 25% of the course content.
  • Partial Refund: If you request a refund within 21 days of purchase and have accessed more than 25% but less than 75% of the course content. The refund amount will be determined based on your course progress.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience verified technical difficulties preventing access to the course, and our support team is unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a refund, regardless of the above timeframes.


2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If the request is made after the 21-day refund period.
  • If you have completed more than 75% of the course content.
  • If you have downloaded course materials, certifications, or other exclusive resources.
  • If the course was purchased during a promotional sale or with a discount code, unless otherwise stated.
  • If you are requesting a refund due to a change of mind, lack of time, or personal circumstances unrelated
    to course quality.


3. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include the following information:
    o Your full name
    o Order confirmation number
    o Reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.


4. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment
    method.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
